Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of 8-16 stores, drive sales and profitability, and coach Store Managers to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will analyze KPIs, manage P&L and labor, conduct store visits, ensure visual and policy standards, and travel frequently within the district. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years multi-unit retail management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Experience in leading 8–16 store districts preferred.
• Travel frequently within assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district of 8-16 stores, ensuring standards are met.
• Drive sales, profitability, and customer experience through coaching and execution.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Store Managers and Area Managers.
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead merchandising, marketing, and promotions across the district.
• Partner with leadership to align district goals with company strategies.
• Drive loss prevention and labor optimization.
