Job summary

Blake’s Lotaburger in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a District Manager to oversee four or more General Managers, monitor sales and costs, and ensure brand standards. You will recruit, train, and coach managers, audit stores, and drive new product rollouts across the district.

This role requires 50+ hour work weeks, travel within the district, and interaction with Operations leadership to optimize staffing and procedures. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• College degree in management or comparable experience, plus 3+ years restaurant management.
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee four or more General Managers and direct district operations.
• Monitor sales and controllable costs (food and labor) across stores.
• Audit stores regularly to maintain brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach GMs; enforce policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement staffing, scheduling, and training initiatives.
