Journeys in Hoover, AL is seeking a District Sales Manager in Training to support multiple stores in the district. You will help drive sales, coach staff, and maintain store performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within district.
• Completion of training programs leading to District Manager in Training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve district sales goals and profitability targets while maintaining home store performance.
• Support the DSM in evaluating people, performance, and developing action plans to improve sales.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store management candidates as per instructions.
• Train, develop, and promote store employees within the district.
• Conduct regular store visits and maintain communications with DSM and corporate staff.
