Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a District Operations Manager to lead a multi-store region in Dallas. You will drive people development, customer service excellence, and adherence to company standards across assigned stores.

You will recruit, train and coach store managers, analyze performance data, manage budgets and scheduling, and ensure safety and shrink reduction. This role requires extensive travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• 5 or more years of retail management or operations experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead district operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Conduct store visits focusing on people, customer service, and shrink initiatives.
