Job summary

LifeWorks Restaurant Group is seeking a Site District Manager to provide vision, planning, and control across assigned units. This leadership role focuses on growth, cost control, and productivity while guiding teams and delivering financial commitments.

The position emphasizes revenue growth, EBIT, margin, client loyalty, and employee engagement, with compensation aligned to market for a multisite management role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality, retail, facilities, or food and beverage.
• Strong knowledge of management practices, business judgment and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership and accountability of financial performance for multiple accounts and units.
• Coach and mentor employees to achieve goals and ensure safety and service excellence.
• Build strong client rapport and support retention activities.
• Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial targets using Aramark systems.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and cost-control initiatives.
