Job summary

Aramark is seeking a District Manager to provide vision, planning, direction and control for a geographic district generating $30M+ in revenue. The role centers on growth, cost controls and productivity, leading people and delivering financial commitments across multiple client sites.

The successful candidate will travel frequently to client sites within the district, manage P&L and drive key metrics such as revenue growth, EBIT, margins and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility of $50M+ in hospitality, retail, facilities or F&B.
• Proven leadership with strong business judgment and client/consumer interaction.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow top talent and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts and units.
• Lead client relationships, communicate progress, and support new business and retention activities.
• Build revenue, manage budgets and deliver district-level financial targets via Aramark systems.
• Drive value through efficient operations, cost controls, and adherence to operating standards.
• Ensure safety, health and wage/hour compliance across locations.
