Qualifications

• 5–10 years leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food & beverage industries.

Responsibilities

• Establish ownership and accountability for operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts and units.
• Build and maintain client rapport, understand contractual obligations, and support new business and retention activities.
• Deliver on revenue growth, margin, and productivity targets and monitor P&L statements.
• Lead labor and financial initiatives, ensure efficient operations, and enforce Aramark operating standards.
• Ensure a safe, healthy environment and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
