Job summary

Key measures include revenue growth, EBIT, margin, client loyalty and employee engagement as you ensure safety, quality and service excellence across all sites.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership with P&L responsibility in related industries.
• Ability to hire, assess and develop talent across multiple units.
• Strong contractual understanding and client interaction skills.
• Proven change management and turnaround experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management and financial performance across accounts.
• Build revenue and manage budget with focus on margins and costs.
