Qualifications

• 5-10 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food & beverage industries.
• Ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent.
• Comfortable reading, understanding and implementing contractual requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
• Proven success in repeatable business models and change initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, planning, direction and control to multiple accounts and units within a geographic district.
• Lead safety, quality and service excellence; mentor and develop team members; conduct management meetings.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and communicate progress; support new business and retention.
• Manage revenue growth, budgets and P&L; monitor margins and performance metrics.
• Drive productivity through efficient operations, cost controls and standardization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, wage and hour policies across locations.
