Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a District Manager to lead a portfolio of stores, drive sales and profitability, and develop General Managers and Core 4 team members across the district. You’ll analyze P&L, implement inventory and operational standards, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service for DIY and Commercial customers.

You will recruit and develop leaders, manage staffing, and ensure engagement and retention while meeting district targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store operations and processes.
• 3–5 years managing 10–20 General Managers in retail.
• ASE certification preferred or ASE-ready.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire and develop General Managers and Core 4 staff.
• Ensure staffing, inventory and operational standards across stores.
• Coach teams and leverage P&L insights for better decisions.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide actionable plans.
