Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with P&L analysis and store profitability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach team to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Serve as manager on duty with shift leadership and safety duties.
• Lead change management and foster a respectful environment.
