Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 General Managers who supervise 10–30 team members.
• Proven track record in meeting sales and gross margin targets in a multi-unit environment.
• Experience managing profitability; strong financial and business acumen.
• Driver’s license required; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure commercial customer retention & relationship growth in the market.
• Hire, develop, coach, engage, and retain General Managers and Core 4 team members.
• Ensure proper staffing levels throughout the district and adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide action plans to maximize market potential.
