Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a District Manager to oversee district operations, drive sales, profitability, and customer service with integrity. The role requires deep knowledge of store operations and leadership of General Managers and Core 4 team members.

The District Manager will ensure staffing, inventory, and standards adherence, while coaching GMs on P&L and business acumen. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure commercial customer retention & relationship growth in the market.
• Staffing, development, and performance management of General Managers and Core 4 staff.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and adherence to inventory & operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide action plans to maximize market potential.
• Coach and train GMs on business acumen and P&L management.
• Communicate effectively with stores and support staff.
• Promote diversity and a respectful work environment.
