Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead a cluster of stores, grow both Retail and Commercial market share, and drive profitability with integrity. You will inspire teams, grow DIY and Commercial customer success, and mentor General Managers across the district.

You will visit stores regularly, review financials, and implement plans to maximize performance while maintaining staffing, diversity, and high service standards across the district.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a team of General Managers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record in meeting sales and gross margin targets in a multi-unit setting.
• Showcases profitability mindset and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure commercial customer retention & relationship growth in the market.
• Recruit, hire, develop, coach, and retain General Managers and Core 4 leaders.
• Maintain proper staffing levels across the district.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and craft action plans to unlock market potential.
• Teach business acumen by reviewing P&L with GMs.
• Communicate effectively with stores and support staff.
• Foster diversity and a respectful environment for customers and team members.
