Job summary

Concentric LLC is seeking a District Manager to build long-term relationships with an assigned group of customers, connect with senior executives, and supervise Technicians at multiple locations. You will report to the Regional Service Manager and lead a team of 2+ direct reports.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to forecast KPI trends, manage P&L, and ensure timely delivery of solutions while upholding OSHA and safety standards across service sites.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of service and repair for forklift or other automated equipment.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize work and work independently, with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with customers and be primary point of contact.
• Forecast and track assigned customer account metrics – including managing the P&L.
• Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis with emphasis on customer retention.
• Work with sales and senior management to onboard and integrate new customers.
• Grow existing customer relationships and opportunities.
