You will lead General Managers and Directors of Dining Services, ensuring top-tier food safety, hospitality, and financial performance while partnering with Compass leadership on strategic initiatives. The role requires 5-7 years in contract foodservice management, strong leadership, and proven P&L management across sites.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of contract foodservice management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive client relationship management skills.
• Proven financial acumen with experience managing P&L across multiple sites.
• Multi-site operational leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall financial performance across all sites within the account to ensure profitability and achievement of budget targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and Directors of Dining Services to drive engagement, consistency, and performance.
• Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant administration of personnel policies and procedures across all locations.
• Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the account.
• Maintain strong client relationships at both the enterprise and site level, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Travel 50-60% within the U.S. to support site operations, business needs, and client engagement.
• Support growth initiatives within the account, including service expansion and innovation.
