Compass Group USA, a leading foodservice and support services company, seeks a Director of Dining Services to lead operations across a complex, multi-site account in a fast-paced corporate dining environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, cost efficiency, and high-quality service, while mentoring teams and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and travel to NYC and CT as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct foodservice operations management as Director or similar.
• Willingness to travel to CT.
• Knowledge of food cost controls, trends, and presentation.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried managers and hourly associates in the Food Service Department.
• Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the account.
• Interviews, hires, and trains associates; plans, assigns, directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines.
• Prepares and manages annual budget.
