Job summary

Compass Group USA's Canteen division is seeking a District Operations Manager in Carrollton, TX to lead district operations, analytics, and team development. You will partner with District Managers to drive service excellence, monitor route performance, and support forecasting and cost-reduction initiatives.

The role requires a degree in business/ops and 3+ years in operations or related fields, with strong leadership and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Three or more years of experience in operations, logistics, route-based distribution, retail, foodservice, or refreshment services.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience using performance metrics to drive business results.

Responsibilities

Support and execute district operational strategies to drive service excellence, customer retention, and profitable growth.
Act as the primary operational resource for route drivers and field teams, resolving day-to-day issues.
Analyze operational data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Provide coaching, training, and direction to route drivers and field associates.
Collaborate with District Managers to maintain service levels and compliance.
