Canteen, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a District General Manager to lead a cross-functional team serving 500+ accounts in the territory. You will provide planning and direction to hit operations and financial goals while ensuring client relationships and regulatory compliance.

You will drive profitability, safety, engagement, and team development, collaborating with Sales, Retention and Finance to develop proposals and strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years progressive leadership experience in micro-market, vending, OCS, retail or related field.
• Proven track record in contract and budget management, customer service and people development.
• Strong ability to think quickly, analytically and strategically with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to service 500+ accounts across territory.
• Drive profitability, safety, engagement and key metrics while managing risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retention and Finance on proforma and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regional policies, QA standards and audits; drive improvements.
