• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience leading multi-unit or corporate dining operations.
• Proven record of success in client partnership, financial management, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation, sustainability, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: liaison between client and Compass Group for food and beverage operations and align with client culture.
• Operational Excellence: oversee daily operations across cafés, catering, executive dining, and pantry programs; ensure quality and safety.
• Client Partnership: maintain proactive, transparent collaboration with client stakeholders and provide performance reporting.
• Financial & Business Management: manage budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and revenue/margin goals.
• Team Development: recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.
• Innovation & Brand Alignment: introduce forward-thinking concepts; support sustainability and wellbeing initiatives.
