Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 57 years of vendor or operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across customer service, warehouse, and technical service teams.
• Manage P&L performance with the Regional Director to meet financial targets.
• Develop and execute plans to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee labor planning and staffing to match volume.
• Apply Lean principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain for excellence.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and gaps.
