Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives across a defined geography in our cardiometabolic franchise. This leadership role focuses on launch excellence, prescriber activation, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.

The District Manager will drive targets, coach field teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compliant, high-quality engagement with Healthcare Professionals and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Prior field leadership or formal mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard sales reps aligned to launch goals.
• Provide structured field coaching and development plans.
• Develop district business plans and forecast accuracy.
• Analyze performance data and optimize execution.
• Maintain disciplined CRM use and activity tracking.
• Guide territory planning and call-plan optimization.
• Ensure compliant HCP engagement and execution.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, KA managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage district budgets including speaker programs.
• Travel ~70% for in-field coaching and meetings.
