Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to guide restaurant teams and cultivate an outstanding customer experience. You will coach managers, recruit staff, and drive performance across locations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes teaching, developing, and motivating teams, with a focus on creating a great workplace culture and delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, motivate and evaluate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple restaurant teams and champion excellent customer service.
• Teach, develop, and coach managers to drive performance and culture.
• Maintain high standards for operations, staffing, and guest experience.
