Job summary

America’s Pizza Company, LLC is seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to drive performance across multiple restaurants in the Sidney, OH area. You will mentor managers, coach teams, and foster a culture of exceptional service and product quality.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, set high standards, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. A strong track record in fast-paced hospitality environments is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Desire to create a great place to work and deliver excellent service to customers.
• Enjoy fast-paced restaurant environment and driving results.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple restaurant teams to achieve goals.
• Teach, develop, and coach managers to improve performance.
• Set high personal and team standards for quality and service.
• Communicate clearly with all levels of the business.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• You are a natural and experienced multi-unit leader that sincerely values customers and champions teamwork
• You enjoy teaching, developing, and coaching managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals
• You set high standards for yourself and the people you work with on your team
• You are honest, energetic, able to inspire your team, and be part of creating a great environment and culture
• Proven track record of maintaining a quality management team to include recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction
• Communicate well (verbal/written) with people at all levels in the business

You Need

• At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
• A desire to create a great place to work for your team and want to make your customer's day by providing excellent service and serving amazing products
• You are up for a challenge and love the excitement and fast pace of the restaurant business
• You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation
