Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a seasoned Multi-Unit Manager to lead a network of restaurant locations across Mobile, AL. You will drive sales, service and profitability while building a positive culture and developing teams.

Responsibilities include succession planning, training and talent development, ensuring Brand standards, managing labor and costs to budget, overseeing promotions and new product launches, and delivering superior guest satisfaction across the network.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading and writing in English.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Profit and Loss management.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• Minimum 5 years restaurant management experience.
• Minimum 3 years multi-unit management experience.
• Food Safety Certification.

• Manage employee files in compliance with all requirements.
• Communicate accurately and effectively in all directions using various mediums; create a culture of accountability, respect, and drive for results.
• Execute organizational training and talent development plans.
• Meet Overall Satisfaction scores and lead a guest-first culture across the network.
• Ensure training is effective and all Brand and local standards are met.
• Manage network labor to budget, ensuring service and sales goals are met.
• Manage network food costs to budget, meeting service and sales goals.
• Ensure network meets minimum expectations on all assessments and lead the completion of plans to close gaps.
• Ensure restaurants manage costs to budget while meeting standards.
• Ensure each restaurant manages cash and banking procedures to standard.
• Accountable for successful implementation of promotions and new products.

They ensure each location and the network exceeds all sales, service, and profitability goals. They lead the resourcing and development of people and ensure that the Brand and our business are represented according to our vision and values.
