Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor, scheduling, inventory, and food cost control.
• Proven ability to develop, coach, and retain high-performing leaders and teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across multiple locations.
• Maintain a strong field presence, coaching teams and supporting daily operations.
• Conduct business reviews and drive improvements in sales, profitability, operations, and guest experience.
• Build strong teams through hiring, succession planning, training, and leadership development.
• Partner with leaders to resolve operational challenges and support continued growth.

Compensation and Benefits

• $90,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity

Requirements and Qualifications
