Job summary

Workstream seeks a Multi Unit Manager to lead 5–8 restaurants, coaching managers, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will drive sales, oversee operations, and implement training while collaborating with franchise owners and the Dunkin Brands Field Operations team.

You will develop business plans for your portfolio, monitor performance, and strategize improvements in profitability while maintaining a positive, guest-focused atmosphere across locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic math and financial management knowledge are expected.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers.
• Ensure all restaurants in their portfolio meet Brand operational standards and food safety standards.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvements in operations, execution, sales and profitability.
• Understand local marketing area and competitor trends.
• Establish sales and service goals with franchise owners and restaurant managers.
• Provide great guest service and resolve issues.
• Lead team meetings.
• Deliver training to restaurant managers on topics including marketing windows, LTOs and Brand initiatives.
• Ensure restaurants correctly execute new products and processes in a marketing window.
• Develop business plans for their portfolio and action plans with franchise owners.
• Drive a clear vision and communicate it to the team.
• Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance.
• Manage and coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support performance and execution.
• Coach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.

A Multi-Unit-Leader (MUL) generally provides leadership, coaching and direction to approximately 5-8 restaurants. A MUL supports Restaurant Manager(s) to ensure excellent restaurant operations, helps to maximize sales and profits of each restaurant and to ensure they are delivering great guest service and meeting and executing all applicable Brand standards.

Education/Experience:

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management
• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
• College degree preferred
