Charter Foods Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple casual dining locations. The role focuses on developing Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience, and driving profitable operations.

You will build and coach your team, set performance targets, uphold food safety and brand standards, analyze financials, and implement new products and initiatives across the district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management at the multi-unit or district level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive employee satisfaction/retention, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills.
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong desire to develop their team and actively continue their own development.
• Must be able to manage time effectively and reach objectives within specified time frames.
• Ability to communicate detailed knowledge of restaurant standards, in a top of mind manner, to both employees and managers.

Large, fast-growing casual dining franchisee is seeking an experienced multi-unit District Manager to oversee locations in the Cleveland, OH area. We are searching for dedicated and talented people to join our management team.
