Job summary

Charter Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee Jamestown, NY area locations.

You will support Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to ensure consistent, positive guest experiences while driving profitability across the district. You will build and coach a high-performing team, set targets for guest satisfaction and margins, maintain food safety standards, and respond quickly to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management at the multi-unit or district level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive employee satisfaction/retention, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills.
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Desire to develop their team and continue their own development.
• Ability to communicate detailed knowledge of restaurant standards to employees and managers.

Large, fast-growing casual dining franchisee is seeking an experienced multi-unit District Manager to oversee locations in the Jamestown, NY areas. We are searching for dedicated and talented people to join our management team. The principal role of a District Manager is to support the long‑term development of your Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, ensure that customers are receiving a consistent and positive experience and manage profitability.
