Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a District Manager to oversee 5–7 airport locations for a leading contract foodservice operator. This is a true people leadership role requiring developing General Managers, maintaining high operational standards, and building strong client relationships.

You’ll spend approximately 75% of your work week in the business, working directly with your teams and leaders across the portfolio, and travel across markets to ensure governance and safety standards are

Qualifications

• Must have multi-unit operations experience across multiple sites.
• Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record developing and mentoring General Managers.
• Strong food safety, audits, governance and documentation knowledge.
• Polished, professional, client-facing communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management.
• Solid operational and financial understanding across KPIs and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across 5–7 airport locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and site leaders.
• Drive food safety, compliance, and governance across all sites.
• Ensure logs, audits, reporting and food safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor financials, labor, KPIs, guest experience and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Communicate confidently with multiple levels of client leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement district-wide solutions.
• Be highly visible in operations, spending at least 3 days per week in the field.
• Travel approximately 75% across assigned airport markets.

We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a District Manager to oversee 5–7 locations supporting operations across multiple markets.

This is a true people leadership role for a strong multi‑unit operator who knows how to develop General Managers, maintain high operational standards, and build strong client relationships.

You’ll spend approximately 75% of your work week in the business, working directly with your teams and leaders across the portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee operations across 5–7 airport locations
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and site leadership teams
• Drive food safety, compliance, and operational governance across all locations
• Ensure proper logs, audits, reporting, and food safety standards are consistently maintained
• Monitor financials, labor, KPIs, guest experience, and operational performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Communicate confidently with multiple levels of client leadership
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions across the district
• Be highly visible in the operation, spending at least 3 days per week in the field
• Travel approximately 75% across the assigned airport markets

What We’re Looking For

• MUST have strong multi‑unit operations experience
• Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading and developing General Managers
• Strong food safety and compliance background - audits, governance, documentation, and standards
• Polished and professional with strong client‑facing skills
• Comfortable communicating with multiple senior stakeholders
• Strong operational and financial understanding
• Must be comfortable with 75% travel

Location

• Atlanta is preferred, but candidates based in one of the following markets will be considered:
• Atlanta | Dallas | Austin | New Orleans | Minneapolis–Saint Paul
• No relocation assistance is available.
