You will oversee labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and financial performance while ensuring food safety, compliance, and brand standards, and you’ll recruit and develop a strong onsite team to sustain peak-period performance.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager or senior foodservice leadership experience.
• Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in high-volume environments with significant foot traffic.
• Strong understanding of labor, financials, and operational KPIs.
• Strong food safety and compliance knowledge.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required airport security clearance.

We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a General Manager to lead a high-volume airport operation in Washington, DC.

This is a fast-paced environment with significant daily foot traffic, requiring a strong operator who can lead a team, maintain service standards, and keep the operation running smoothly during peak periods.
