Must be based in: San Diego, CA | Las Vegas, NV | Phoenix, AZ | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

$150,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium operations across multiple locations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a strong multi‑unit operator who knows how to develop great teams, maintain exceptional service standards, and build trusted relationships with high‑profile clients.

You’ll be responsible for leading site‑level leaders, driving operational performance, and ensuring a consistently high level of service across a premium portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

• MUST have strong multi‑unit operations experience
• Contract foodservice experience
• Premium, luxury, hospitality, corporate dining, or high‑end service experience
• Strong people leader with a focus on coaching and development
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
• Polished, professional presence
• Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and operational governance
• Comfortable managing financials, labor, KPIs, and high‑volume operations
• Willing and able to travel
