Job summary

COREcruitment partners with a leading contract foodservice operator to recruit a District Manager for premium operations across multiple locations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional service, and sustaining strong client relationships.

You will lead site-level leaders, drive operational performance, and uphold service excellence across a premium portfolio while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong multi-unit operations experience.
• Experience in contract foodservice environments.
• Experience in premium, luxury, hospitality, or corporate dining settings.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and development focus.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills are required.
• Polished, professional presence is essential.

Must be based in: San Diego, CA | Las Vegas, NV | Phoenix, AZ | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

$150,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a District Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium operations across multiple locations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for a strong multi‑unit operator who knows how to develop great teams, maintain exceptional service standards, and build trusted relationships with high‑profile clients.

You’ll be responsible for leading site‑level leaders, driving operational performance, and ensuring a consistently high level of service across a premium portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

• MUST have strong multi‑unit operations experience
• Contract foodservice experience
• Premium, luxury, hospitality, corporate dining, or high‑end service experience
• Strong people leader with a focus on coaching and development
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills
• Polished, professional presence
