Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a District Manager - Contract Foodservice to oversee 5–7 airport locations across multiple markets, including Dallas and Atlanta. This leadership role focuses on developing General Managers, maintaining high food-safety standards, and building strong client relationships.

You will spend roughly 3 days per week in the field, travel about 75%, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have strong multi-unit operations experience.
• Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading and developing General Managers.
• Strong food safety and compliance background - audits, governance, documentation, and standards.
• Polished and professional with strong client-facing skills.
• Comfortable communicating with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Strong operational and financial understanding.
• Must be comfortable with 75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across 5–7 airport locations
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and site leadership teams
• Drive food safety, compliance, and operational governance across all locations
• Ensure proper logs, audits, reporting, and food safety standards are consistently maintained
• Monitor financials, labor, KPIs, guest experience, and operational performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with United Airlines and other key stakeholders
• Communicate confidently with multiple levels of client leadership
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions across the district
• Be highly visible in the operation, spending at least 3 days per week in the field
• Travel approximately 75% across the assigned airport markets
