Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a District Manager for contract foodservice to oversee 5–7 airport locations, ensuring exceptional operations and food safety standards across markets.

Based in Atlanta preferred, but the role supports travel across the assigned markets with a 75% travel requirement; no relocation offered.

You will coach General Managers, monitor KPIs, build client relationships such as United Airlines, and drive governance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have strong multi-unit operations experience.
• Contract foodservice experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading and developing General Managers.
• Strong food safety, compliance, audits, governance, documentation, and standards.
• Polished and professional with strong client-facing skills.
• Comfortable communicating with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Strong operational and financial understanding.
• Must be comfortable with 75% travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across 5–7 airport locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and site leadership teams.
• Drive food safety, compliance, and operational governance across all locations.
• Ensure proper logs, audits, reporting, and food safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor financials, labor, KPIs, guest experience, and operational performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with United Airlines and other stakeholders.
• Communicate with multiple levels of client leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions across the district.
• Be highly visible in the operation, spending at least 3 days per week in the field.
• Travel approximately 75% across the assigned airport markets.
