Job summary

MRK Partners is seeking a District Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across properties. You will mentor Supervisors, assist with complex repairs, and ensure preventative maintenance and safety compliance.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating on-call emergencies, and maintaining grounds and buildings to meet company standards. Flexibility for travel and multi-site support is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in maintenance or construction.
• Five years as a full-charge residential maintenance technician preferred.
• Minimum four years supervising 3–4 staff members, with leadership training.
• HVAC and EPA certifications required.
• Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities for a property portfolio and supervise Supervisors and Technicians.
• Mentor staff, troubleshoot complex repairs, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and compliance with safety standards.
