Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager in the United States to lead a plant team, optimize daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and timely concrete deliveries. You will coach staff, manage dispatch coordination, and collaborate with drivers, sales, and operations to exceed customer expectations.

This role requires inspirational leadership, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, knowledge of DOT regulations, and a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or plant operations; concrete/construction industry valued.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization for timely deliveries.

• Foster safety: ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote teamwork: conduct regular meetings to review performance and address challenges.
• Build relationships: develop connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
• Contribute to growth: participate in strategic planning and budgeting to improve efficiency and profitability.
