Job summary

Journeys is seeking a District Manager in Training supervision in Cincinnati to oversee multi-store operations within the district. You will support the DSM, drive sales, and coach store teams to achieve profitability across locations.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, travel willingness, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. This position offers opportunities for growth and a dynamic, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

1–2 years retail sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
Completion of training toward District Manager in Training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Achieve district sales goals and profitability while maintaining home store performance.
Assist in staffing stores within the district.
Lead and coach staff; enforce company policies.
Recruit, interview, and hire store management candidates.
Conduct regular store visits and report to DSM/regional.
Maintain communication with DSM, regional, and corporate offices.
Support Loss Prevention practices within the district.
Ensure company initiatives are implemented as directed.
