Job summary

Miniso in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance. You will coach a dynamic team, maintain visual standards, and execute sales strategies to meet productivity goals.

You will lead Shift Leads and Sales Associates, promote the membership program, manage inventory and shipments, assist in recruiting and training, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
