Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including assistants and sales staff

• Ensure seamless store execution: customer service, merchandising, SOPs, sales
• Promote store membership program to boost loyalty and sales
• Oversee store operations and performance; develop staff
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to reach sales goals
• Recruit, hire, train, retain top talent; conduct performance evaluations
• Uphold store standards; optimize profitability and manage expenses
• Handle cash tasks and ensure a clean, safe store environment
• Liaise with Area Manager and HR on performance and relations
• Operate POS, manage schedules, maintain clean/organized store
• Maintain inviting store atmosphere and adhere to company visuals
• Drive growth through planning to increase traffic and sales
• Address issues from staff and customers with timely solutions
