Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Insurance to drive growth of insurance products across a district of dealerships. You will lead sales initiatives, build strong dealer partnerships, and provide training and consultative support to improve product penetration and profitability.

This field-based role requires 5–7 years in sales or related areas, with knowledge of F&I processes and vehicle protection products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, dealer relations, automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
• Experience with automotive dealerships, F&I operations, vehicle protection products, or captive finance/automotive financial services preferred.
• Experience providing training, consultative sales support, or product education to dealer, customer-facing, or field sales teams preferred.
• Automotive or financial services industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption, product penetration, and revenue growth for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage strong dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
• Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals and finance teams to improve knowledge and effectiveness.
• Analyze district performance, trends, and dealer results to identify growth opportunities and track progress against goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I-related challenges and ensure program compliance.
