Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Installation Manager to lead a field install team, oversee pre-install and job-site inspections, and manage service workflows across residential projects.

You will drive scheduling, training, escalations, and customer communications, partnering with sales to ensure a seamless customer experience while meeting cycle time, satisfaction, and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• 10+ years of work experience.
• Preferred: construction/home improvement install project management experience.
• Travel up to 20% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Drive a positive customer experience by enforcing installation standards and resolving escalations.
• Lead field install teams including hiring, goal setting, performance reviews, and training.
• Use data and systems to meet cycle time, satisfaction, reorder rates, and gross margin targets.
