Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Installation Manager (DIM) to lead a field installation team and ensure sold jobs are managed end-to-end across the life cycle, including Pre-Installation Inspections and Job Site Inspections. The DIM will oversee scheduling, job movement tasks, service openings/closures, and communications with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of work experience in installation management or related field.
• Preferred: construction/home improvement industry experience and experience managing residential install projects.

Responsibilities

• Drives a positive customer experience by ensuring installation process standards are followed, manages concessions and job movement, and communicates with customers while resolving care tickets.
• Leads the field install team including hiring, goal setting, performance management, and ongoing training to maintain high customer installation quality.
• Utilizes data and systems to monitor cycle times, customer satisfaction, reorder rates, and gross margin, and conducts inspections to improve team capability and adherence to standards.
