Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an HDIS Sales Manager to lead a team of commissioned Sales Consultants who visit customers' homes to close Home Depot Installation Services product lines. You will drive store connectivity, coach staff, and manage hiring, training, and performance to hit sales targets and ensure a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing effective sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a high-performance selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize business metrics; drive the sales team to meet targets.
• Drive customer service by responding to escalated inquiries and leveraging partnerships.
• Drive lead generation by building relationships with store partners and training staff on HDIS offerings.
• Drive store connectivity by maintaining relationships with store management and associates.
• Recruit, coach, manage and retain a team of Sales Consultants; train on processes and product offerings.
