Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking an experienced District General Manager to lead multiple hotel properties. The role focuses on achieving optimal financial performance, improving guest and associate satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to company standards across the district.

You will drive revenue growth, oversee cost controls, participate in sales activities, and coach General Managers to meet strategic goals. The position requires strong leadership and multi-property management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years hospitality management experience.
• Two years of multi-property hotel experience.
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle check.
• 4-year degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs General Managers across multiple properties to optimize financial performance and KPIs.
• Maximizes revenue and controls expenses to meet EBITDA targets.
• Participates in sales efforts and drives revenue with top accounts.
• Oversees corporate initiatives and training compliance.
• Trains staff on company standards and hotel operations.
• Monitors guest service results and coaches for improvement on NPS.
• Manages recruitment, mentoring, training and performance evaluations.
• Promotes retention programs and maintains professional work environment.
• Conducts site visits for safety, compliance and brand standards.
