Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to develop into a General Manager. You will perform management tasks at your home bakery and assist other locations, while leading teams, coaching staff, and upholding quality and safety standards.

The role includes training in store administration, inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling, with a trajectory toward a GM role when the opportunity arises. Eligible candidates must be 18+ and able to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience of at least 2 years preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early 3am shifts.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as part of the GM development plan; prepare for a GM promotion when available.
