Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to support multiple bakeries within the market and to participate in a General Manager development plan. You will lead by example, coach teams, and take on responsibilities across locations as you progress toward a GM role.

Shifts start early (as 3am) to oversee baking and opening duties; you will relocate and assist other locations as needed while maintaining high standards of food, safety, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required; must be able to lead teams and coach staff.
• Background check must be passed and valid driver’s license required.
• ServSafe Certification program must be completed by end of GM development plan if not already possessed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and train teams across shifts to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Perform management duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Participate in GM development plan with goal of permanent GM promotion when available.
• Ensure store is clean and safe, manage scheduling, and uphold brand standards.
