Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operational management, or construction management with prior management experience within fire protection or similar trades.
• Progressive experience in managing a large district-based P&L and team.
• Strong business acumen including forecasting, labor productivity, and cash conversions.
• Demonstrated high level of customer service.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and scaling the organization as the Denver business grows.
• Strong organizational skills and professional appearance.
