Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/operational management or equivalent; fire protection industry background preferred.
• Progressive experience managing large district-based P&L and teams.
• Strong customer service orientation with leadership capabilities.
• Experience forecasting, labor productivity, billing and cash conversions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a district office with multiple service lines and drive financial/operational goals.
• Manage department managers for fire alarm, sprinkler and suppression lines.
• Lead the P&L with a focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve company objectives.
