Responsibilities

• Owns full Profit and Loss accountability for the Service/Inspection department.
• Plan and achieve long-term and short-term goals for the department.
• Engage and coach service personnel to high performance aligned with laws and company values.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, financial reports, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop partnerships and collaborate with Management, Customers, and Sales for smooth execution of activities.
• Lead KPI results and coach team members to deliver outcomes.
